This year is coming to an end and it's time to look to future. 2014 is just around the corner and there are lots of great books coming up. Here's my top 10 waiting list (not in particular order), what's yours?

1. Richelle Mead: Silver Shadows

In The Fiery Heart, Sydney risked everything to follow her gut, walking a dangerous line to keep her feelings hidden from the Alchemists.

Now in the aftermath of an event that ripped their world apart, Sydney and Adrian struggle to pick up the pieces and find their way back to each other. But first, they have to survive.

Ok, The Fiery Heart was just published, but that doesn't mean that I can't be already waiting for the next book, right? Especially after that cliffhanger.. July is long way to come, but this is absolutely one the most torturuous wait for me.

2. Marissa Meyer: Cress

In this third book in the bestselling Lunar Chronicles series, Cinder and Captain Thorne are fugitives on the run, with Scarlet and Wolf in tow. Together, they’re plotting to overthrow Queen Levana and her army.

Their best hope lies with Cress, who has been trapped on a satellite since childhood with only her netscreens as company. All that screen time has made Cress an excellent hacker—unfortunately, she’s just received orders from Levana to track down Cinder and her handsome accomplice.

This is one the books that I really need. Like yesterday. I would do anything to get my hand on ACR. Luckily this comes out in feb, so hopely time will fly.

3. Kiera Cass: The One

The Selection changed the lives of thirty-five girls forever. And now, the time has come for one winner to be chosen.

America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown—or to Prince Maxon's heart. But as the competition approaches its end and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realizes just how much she stands to lose—and how hard she'll have to fight for the future she wants.

This one isn't actually fantasy. It's more like dystopia, which isn't usually my favourite genre, but it's beginning to grown on me. I fell like I have been waiting this book forever and there are still over 4 months.. Noooo...

4. Richelle Mead: The Immortal Crown

Gameboard of the Gods introduced religious investigator Justin March and Mae Koskinen, the beautiful supersoldier assigned to protect him. Together they have been charged with investigating reports of the supernatural and the return of the gods, both inside the Republic of United North America and out. With this highly classified knowledge comes a shocking revelation: Not only are the gods vying for human control, but the elect—special humans marked by the divine—are turning against one another in bloody fashion.

Richelle Mead is one of my all time favourite authors, so it isn't much of a surprise that there is another books of hers in my list. I think that this series is little bit different than other Meads books, but I love it all the same.

5. Wendy Higgings: Sweet Reckoning.

It’s time.

Evil is running rampant and sweet Anna Whitt is its target. Nobody knows when or how the Dukes will strike, but Anna and her Nephilim allies will do anything necessary to rid the earth of the demons and their oppressive ways.

The stakes are higher than ever, and Anna is determined that the love she feels will be her strength, not a liability. But trying to protect the ones she loves while running for her life and battling demonic forces proves to be perilous—especially as faces are changing and trust is fleeting. When the Duke of Lust sends Anna’s great love, Kaidan Rowe, to work against her, Anna must decide how much she’s prepared to risk.

In the most sensual and fast-paced installment yet, Sweet Reckoning brings all the beloved Neph together one last time to fight for their freedom.

Ok, I must confess that I think this cover looks pretty stupid, but I've decided not to care. This series was something new to me and I really fell in love with this one. There's still time to april, but one must be patient, right?

6. J.R. Ward: The King

Long live the King…

After turning his back on the throne for centuries, Wrath, son of Wrath, finally assumed his father’s mantle--with the help of his beloved mate. But the crown sets heavily on his head. As the war with the Lessening Society rages on, and the threat from the Band of Bastards truly hits home, he is forced to make choices that put everything--and everyone--at risk.

Beth Randall thought she knew what she was getting into when she mated the last pure blooded vampire on the planet: An easy ride was not it. But when she decides she wants a child, she’s unprepared for Wrath’s response--or the distance it creates between them.

The question is, will true love win out... or tortured legacy take over?

YEJ!! Another one. I LOVE this series and I am absolutely sertain that I'll love this book too. Another Wrath and Beth story, who wouldn't love that?

7. Jennifer Estep: Killer Frost

I’ve battled the Reapers of Chaos before–and survived. But this time I have a Bad, Bad Feeling it’s going to be a fight to the death … most likely mine.

Yeah, I’ve got my psychometry magic, my talking sword, Vic–and even the most dangerous Spartan on campus at my side, in Logan freaking Quinn, but I’m no match for Loki, the evil Norse god of chaos. I may be Nike’s Champion, but at heart, I’m still just Gwen Frost, that weird Gypsy girl everyone at school loves to gossip about.

Then someone I love is put in more danger than ever before, and something inside me snaps. This time, Loki and his Reapers are going down for good … or I am.

6th book in this series and I've loved every minute of it. Is it the final book? I'n not sure, but it sure sounds like it. So much have happened and it's unbelievable that this could be the end.. But every great series has to end and it's better if they don't drag it out too long, so the quality doesn't drop.

8. Brodi Ashton: Evertrue

Now that Nikki has rescued Jack, all she wants is to be with him and graduate high school. But Cole tricked Nikki into feeding off him, and she’s begun the process of turning into an Everliving herself... which means she must feed on a Forfeit soon — or die.

Terrified for her survival, Nikki and Jack begin a desperate attempt to reverse the process using any means possible. Even Cole, who they expected to fight them at every turn, has become an unlikely ally — but how long can it last? Nikki needs to feed on Cole to survive, Cole needs Nikki to gain the throne in the Everneath, Jack needs Nikki because she is everything to him — and together, they must travel back to the Underworld to undo Nikki’s fate and make her mortal once more. But Cole isn’t the only one with plans for Nikki: the Queen has not forgotten Nikki’s treachery, and she wants her destroyed for good. Will Nikki be forced to spend eternity in the Underworld, or does she have what it takes to bring down the Everneath once and for all?

In this stunning conclusion to the Everneath trilogy, Brodi Ashton evokes the resiliency of the human spirit and the indomitable power of true love.

It feels like it's been forever since I read the previous book and wait is finally almost over. The series is almost over. Yikes. And I'm still rooting for Cole. Loving Bad Guys Forever United! That's me.

9. Julie Kagawa: The Forever Song

VENGEANCE WILL BE HERS

Allison Sekemoto once struggled with the question: human or monster?

With the death of her love, Zeke, she has her answer.

MONSTER

Allie will embrace her cold vampire side to hunt down and end Sarren, the psychopathic vampire who murdered Zeke. But the trail is bloody and long, and Sarren has left many surprises for Allie and her companions—her creator, Kanin, and her blood brother, Jackal. The trail is leading straight to the one place they must protect at any cost—the last vampire-free zone on Earth, Eden. And Sarren has one final, brutal shock in store for Allie.

In a ruined world where no life is sacred and former allies can turn on you in one heartbeat, Allie will face her darkest days. And if she succeeds, triumph is short-lived in the face of surviving forever alone.

This one doesn't have even a cover yet, but I'm still waiting for this one. The previous book and it's ending... I don't know what to say.. Waiting is torture.

10. Gena Showalter: The Darkest Touch

I don't know almost anything about this, except that it's Torin's story. I've loved this series right from the beginning and this will be 11th book. Can't wait.

Ok, that was my short list. I know that there are lots and lots of great books coming in 2014 and this was only the top of the iceberg and I'm pretty centain that I've forgotten few really great books from this list. But what do you think? What books are waiting for?
